Wheatless by Willow
Wheatless by Willow was founded by Tracy O’Grady, Kate Jansen, and Julie Mounts in May, 2012. Julie’s husband had been diagnosed with celiac disease and required a gluten-free diet. Most commercially available wheatless products are based on gritty rice flours and starches and are either shelf-stable or frozen and therefore short on nutritional value and flavor.
