Launching “Wheatless Wednesdays”
The Ballston Farmers’ Market has closed for the season, but we know it’s important to continue offering our gluten-free products. So we’re launching “Wheatless Wednesdays” on November 14th and 28th.
You can purchase Wheatless by Willow products on these two dates from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm at our pastry station in the middle of the restaurant. And we encourage you to stay for dinner. On November 14, we’ll kick off with a selection of gluten-free flatbreads and Bard’s Beer – yup, gluten-free beer! Pasta dishes will be available on the 28th.
Willow is not a gluten-free facility. We do take every precaution to avoid cross contamination of ingredients. All our flours and oats are sourced from certified gluten-free facilities.
